Did you know?
Ashwagandha has been used in Ayurveda for over 3,000 years. Its name comes from Sanskrit, meaning “smell of the horse,” a reference to its earthy aroma and the belief that it imparts the strength of a horse.
Brewing is more than preparation — it’s a pause. Notice the aroma, the warmth of the cup, and the first sip. Each blend is an invitation to slow down and be present.
