Our Blends Featuring Fennel Seed...

Did you know?

Fennel was revered in ancient Greece and Rome, associated with courage and vitality. The word “marathon” comes from the Greek marathonas, meaning “place of fennel,” after fields of fennel that grew where the famous battle was fought.

Brewing is more than preparation — it’s a pause. Notice the aroma, the warmth of the cup, and the first sip. Each blend is an invitation to slow down and be present.
