Did you know?
Fenugreek seeds have been cultivated for over 4,000 years. They were used in ancient Egypt for both food and medicine, and even featured in embalming rituals. Today, fenugreek remains a staple in Indian and Middle Eastern kitchens, valued for its flavour and versatility.
Brewing is more than preparation — it’s a pause. Notice the aroma, the warmth of the cup, and the first sip. Each blend is an invitation to slow down and be present.
