Rooibos
Rooibos tea is a naturally caffeine-free herbal infusion from South Africa, valued for its rich, earthy flavour and gentle benefits. Known as “red bush tea,” rooibos is often enjoyed in the evening as a calming alternative to black tea. At Apotheca·Tea, we use rooibos as a grounding base in blends that bring warmth and balance to your ritual.

Did you know?
Rooibos is native to the Cederberg region of South Africa, where it has been harvested for centuries. The leaves turn their signature red during the oxidation process, giving rooibos both its name and its naturally sweet flavour.
Brewing is more than preparation — it’s a pause. Notice the aroma, the warmth of the cup, and the first sip. Each blend is an invitation to slow down and be present.
